Delivery Information

The delivery time of your orders varies according to the address informed for delivery. The period only begins to run when the payment of the order is approved and the availability of the product is verified.

Before closing the order, it is possible to know the delivery time by accessing your “Shopping cart” and entering your zip code number in the “Calculate shipping” field. After doing so, click on the “Calculate” button, the available shipping options will be displayed, as well as the estimated delivery time for the entered ZIP code and the shipping cost for the chosen mode.

Important

The inclusion of a product in the “cart” does not guarantee its reservation. The product will only be reserved for the customer after completion of the order and approval of payment.

Your order may be received by janitors, secretaries, family members, or any responsible party, upon signature of the delivery receipt and presentation of a document.

It is important to always check the products upon delivery and refuse receipt if the packaging is not in proper condition or if there are signs of violation. In such cases, please notify our Customer Service Department immediately by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Our online chat service hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm (except holidays).

Incorrect Address

If the Post Office tracking code shows that the address was incorrectly informed by the customer, your order will be sent to Massari Festas. You will be charged for the shipping costs of reshipping, or you can choose to receive a full refund. If you want to contest the post office’s version of the correct address, send a proof of address to [email protected] and our team will evaluate it and resend it free of charge.

Remarks

Regardless of the method chosen, the delivery time of your purchase will be considered from the date of posting of your product at the Post Office, which is always made on the next business day following the date of confirmation of payment of your order.*
