ORDER

The values of all products sold on the site are 10% more than the order value. The minimum purchase price is currently R$800.00. You must first register on the site to have access to the values and be able to make the purchase.

PAY

Payment can be made by credit card or bank payment slip.

SEPARATION PERIOD

After the order payment is entered into our system, we will start the order picking. the deadline for the order to be ready until the invoice is issued is up to 5 working days.

DELIVERY TIME

It will depend on the separation time + the delivery time of the chosen carrier.

IN CASE OF ABSENCES

If a requested product is missing, we will call you to suggest another product or charge you back.

REGISTER DATA

It is necessary that you keep all your REGISTRATION DATA UPTODATE, THEREFORE WE MAY NEED TO CONTACT YOU. The invoice is sent AUTOMATICALLY to the e-mail address that was registered.

CARRIER

We have a standard carrier that is already on our website. you can choose to ship with it or indicate another carrier. just select “freight to be combined” and then let us know the carrier of your choice. due to the high number of volumes and cubages of the boxes, we do not deliver by mail.
